Melissa - one of their team members - communicated with me multiple times before our event to ensure everything was as planned. The day of our wedding, the drivers arrived early and stayed throughout our event to ensure everyone arrived back to the hotel on time. They were friendly and made sure everyone arrived safely. I recently went on a 6 hour work trip with transportation provided by Varsity Travel/ Schrock Travel and it was a fantastic experience! The bus itself was very clean, the seats were comfortable and I felt like I had enough space, even sharing a row with someone. The WiFi worked well and I was grateful for electric access under my seat to charge my devices. The driver was professional and very safe. He was attentive to the road and drove well.
