We debated whether to provide bus transportation for our wedding guests since it was a large group and the venue was a distance from the hotels along very country roads. We were not certain we would be able to find a service that would be able to do so and stay within our budget. However, we are happy that we decided to make certain our guests were transported safely AND we were happy that we chose Varsity Travel to provide the service. Melissa was a dream to work with - pleasant, efficient, and accommodating to my many requests. She made the process seamless and took one huge job off of my plate! The buses were very clean, on time and comfortable. The drivers were professional and courteous - and delivered our guests to/from the venue and hotels without a hitch. Varsity was the most competitive of the three bids we needed for our trip to Ohio. That didn't mean they skimped on the service. The bus new, clean and fully functional. Ed, our driver was nothing short of professional, cooperative, and friendly. I hope that if our robotics team travels out of state, that we can stay with Varsity.

We used Varsity Travel for our October 2022 wedding in Winchester. The driver was on-time, efficient, polite, and safe. Additionally, we worked with Melissa in the back office to set everything up.
