Reservations

How Far Out Can I Made A Reservation?

The sooner you book the better! We welcome bookings at anytime for any date.

When Do I Have to Pay?

 Contract and deposit are due upon confirmation. Final payment is due in full 14 days prior to trip departure unless arrangements have been made for the client to be invoiced the day of the transport

Can I Change My Booking?

Yes, bookings can be moved to other dates as long as the date it available.

Can I Cancel My Charter Booking?

If you cancel your booking prior to the 14 day out deadline you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel your booking after the 14 day out deadline and once final payment is made you will forfeit the entire trip amount. No refunds will be given in order to cover the costs or preparation for your trip. If prior arrangements were made that no deposit was required, then you will be billed for the deposit as the cancellation fee.

What Form of Payment Do You Accept?

Do you offer any day trips or tour packages where I can buy a seat on a bus trip?
We no longer run or operate any tours or charter day trips where you can buy an individual seat onboard a trip. We only offer our charter services, so if you wish to rent out the entire bus for your group to go to a particular destination we can certainly get you a price on the transportation. 
Do you offer Wheelchair accessible Motor Coaches?

Yes we do have motorcoaches that allow a guest to be lifted and remain onboard in a wheelchair. 

Traveling on the Coach

Can I bring food and drink on the coach?

Yes, food and drink is allowed, but your group is responsible for cleaning the coach before your trip is complete. Any cleaning fees will be charged to the group if the standards are not met.

Can I Bring My Pet on Board?

Unfortunately we cannot allow any animals on the coaches due to allergies, but we do allow service dogs on any of your trips.

Does the Coach make stops?

Yes, drivers do make stops depending on the itinerary you submitted. They are flexible as long as it doesn’t add time to the trip. The driver will also need to take comfort stops/breaks required by law every couple of hours.
